Cyane is a goddess from Greek mythology. The legend says she transformed herself into a spring near Siracusa that is carrying her name. A dry Moscato the Pupillo family has devoted themselves to for more than 25 years.

Cyane is a special dry Moscato, aromatic und pure, but with a surprisingly fresh lightness to it. He is a lovely companion for asparagus, raw fish or meat. It is also a good choice for warm summer evenings, especially when it is well chilled.
