"Core" means "heart" and this is definetly true for this wine. On the one hand it is full of strength and passion and on the other the vineyard where the grapes are from is shaped like a heart. I could not think of a more suitable name for this wine.

Made from 100% Perricone vines this wine is something you do not just drink, this wine should be celebrated and enjoyed. It is a perfect match for dark meat but also for not too flavourful cheese. It unfolds its full bouquet if it is opened an hour before drinking.
